Do you own Dutch East Indies or Indonesian art and would you like to know what your pieces are worth?
On Sunday, 23 August, Venduehuis The Hague will host a special Complimentary Valuation Day from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the elegant Louis XV Room at Pulchri Studio, located on Lange Voorhout in The Hague.
The venue has been carefully chosen, as Lange Voorhout will once again be the heart of the Jalan Jalan Festival, featuring the vibrant Jalan Pedis with Indonesian food stalls and live music. Pulchri Studio provides a beautiful and tranquil setting, ideal for discussing the objects you bring with our specialists.
We are particularly interested in works by artists such as Willem Gerard Hofker, Adrien Jean Le Mayeur de Merprès, Srihadi Soedarsono, Arie Smit, Isaac Israels, Roland Strasser, and Lee Man Fong. We are also seeking Balinese sculptures, colonial and antique Indonesian or Asian silver, tribal art, and Chinese porcelain.
For this special event, four specialists will be available, each with expertise in their own field:
Please visit www.venduehuis.com/nl/plan-uw-afspraak to schedule a 10-minute appointment and upload photographs of the objects you would like to have valued, free of charge.
